Fees and Cancellations

Fees are set and agreed upon in advance for 50-minute sessions.

My current rate is $80 for a 50-minute in-office or phone/video session.

Full payment is due at the end of each session, unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon. If requested, I will email you an invoice for your records or for insurance reimbursements.  I request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Otherwise, you will be financially responsible for the time reserved for you. Brief phone calls are also available to support therapy. If you require extended phone consultations, those sessions will be billed at my regular rate.

Contact Information

I check messages several times a day and usually call or write back within 24 hours, if not before. If you have a life-threatening emergency you need to call 9-1-1. Confidentiality

I will not release any information about your therapy or even acknowledge that you are a client of mine unless you authorize me to do so in writing or via a verbal agreement. However, the law states that it is my duty to report any suspected child or elder abuse and/or neglect, report to law enforcement any clients who might be dangerous to themselves or others, and warn the intended victim of a crime.
