Lenka Schroeder, LMFT

My primary concern in therapy is providing a safe, non-judgmental space which sets the tone of the relationship. I want this to be a place of peace for you, where you can come and completely be yourself, relax, and move into your own knowledge of what's best for you. I trust your gut and can help you develop your relationship with listening more closely to your own inner wisdom.

I completed my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, CA. My focuses were in Gestalt therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and creative arts therapy. My career has taken me on adventures working closely with psychiatrists, meditation teachers, school administrators, restorative justice workers, and loads of other warm-hearted therapists seeking to ease suffering in the world one person at a time.

I currently live with my family in Rochester, NY, and when I'm not sitting in my comfy chair I love planting stuff, painting silly pictures, and riding bikes with my kids.
